Hand Made Legend

  • These pieces are made manually and with recycled metals, which means that they can vary in texture, shades of patina aging and metals, thicknesses, sizes, decorations, etc. Since they were created to be unique, they depend on the condition of recycled metal.
  • We work mainly with recycled copper, bronze and other reclaimed metals, so every batch responds to the original condition of the metal.
  • They are more ecological because they consume less energy than mass production.
  • Keep Alive The Craft man Tradition
    By buying handmade pieces, you help keep craft traditions alive and support the work of independent artisans instead of fully automated production.
  • Because of this artisanal and recycled nature, minor variations from photos or previous pieces of the same style are normal and are part of the value of each item.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

  • All prices on this website are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN).
  • Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout, after you enter your delivery address.
  • Processing and delivery times may vary depending on destination and local conditions (weather, holidays, carrier delays, etc.).

This page explains how we handle local delivery, national and international shipping, taxes, duties, refunds and returns.

Local delivery in Los Cabos (Uber)

For selected ZIP codes and areas in Los Cabos, we offer local delivery, usually using Uber or similar local services.

You may see options such as:

  • San José del Cabo – local delivery (Uber)
  • Los Cabos Corridor – local delivery (Uber)
  • Cabo San Lucas Marina & nearby hotels – local delivery
  • Cabo San Lucas Pacific Side – local delivery

How it works:

  1. Add your item(s) to the cart.
  2. At checkout, enter the full name of your hotel or address, plus ZIP code.
  3. If local delivery is available for your area, the system will show the corresponding option.
  4. Once your payment is confirmed, we coordinate the delivery and send your package using Uber or a similar service.

Estimated timing

  • In most central areas of San José del Cabo and the Corridor:
    delivery usually happens within 2–4 hours after confirmation.
  • Pacific side and some more distant areas of Cabo San Lucas:
    deliveries may take 2–6 hours, or be scheduled for the next day.

Exact timing depends on:

  • Transport availability
  • Hotel policies (reception/concierge)
  • Weather and traffic

We normally deliver to reception, concierge or a meeting point agreed with you.


Shipping within Mexico

We ship from Los Cabos, B.C.S. to other locations in Mexico.

  • Shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout after entering your address.
  • Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days.
  • Transit times depend on the carrier and destination (typically 2–7 business days within Mexico).

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed.
When tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your package.


Shipping to the United States

We offer shipping from Mexico to the United States.

  • All prices on the website are in Mexican pesos (MXN).
  • Shipping costs to the USA are calculated at checkout based on destination and service.
  • Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days before being handed over to the carrier.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the service selected and your location.

Please note:

  • Mexican VAT (if applicable) is handled on our side.
  • Import duties, customs fees and local taxes in the USA are not included in our prices.
    These are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by customs or the carrier before delivery.

International Shipping

In some cases, we may ship to other countries outside Mexico and the United States.

  • Availability, methods and prices will appear at checkout if your country is supported.
  • If your country does not appear as an option, please contact us to check if we can arrange a custom shipment.

For international orders:

  • The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees or handling charges required by their country.
  • We cannot control or predict these costs; they are determined by local authorities and carriers.

Taxes and duties

Product prices

  • Product prices on the website are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN).
  • Prices may include or exclude Mexican taxes depending on the type of order and destination.

International orders

  • For shipments outside Mexico, local import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our prices and may be charged separately by your country’s customs or the carrier.
  • The customer is responsible for paying these additional costs if applicable.

If you have questions regarding taxes or duties for your location, please consult your local customs office or contact us before ordering.


Refunds & returns

Because our pieces are handmade in small batches and many items are unique, we handle refunds and returns case by case, with the following general guidelines:

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for valid reasons, such as:
    • Items damaged during shipping
    • Incorrect item received (different from what you ordered)
    • Significant manufacturing defect
  • We do not usually accept returns for:
    • Change of mind or personal taste
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, chemicals or improper care

Return process

If you believe you qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the item and the packaging
    • Explanation of the issue
  3. We will review your case and, if approved, provide instructions for return or replacement.

We may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item (when possible)
  • Repair of the piece
  • Partial or full refund
  • Store credit

Shipping costs for returns are handled case by case, depending on the situation and responsibility for the issue.


Damaged or lost packages

Damaged on arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of:
    • The external packaging
    • The internal packaging
    • The damaged item
  • Contact us as soon as possible with these images and your order number.

We will work with you to:

  • Evaluate the damage
  • Decide if we can repair, replace or refund the item
  • Contact the carrier if needed

Lost packages

If a package appears as “lost” or does not arrive within a reasonable time:

  • Check the tracking information and confirm the shipping address.
  • Contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • We will do our best to help, but resolution depends on the carrier’s policies for lost shipments.
